Thank you for shopping with Giftiro! This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options, tracking, customs, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.


Order Processing Time

  • Production time: 1–3 business days for most items (personalized items may vary slightly).

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins after your payment is verified.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Time

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5–10 business days (select countries)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (standard only; availability may vary by country)

Note: Delivery estimates exclude production time and may vary due to carrier handling, weather, holidays, and customs for international orders.

Shipping Costs

  • Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

  • Free standard shipping is automatically applied to eligible carts over the threshold (before taxes/discounts, where applicable).

Shipping Countries/Regions

We ship worldwide. Some products may have restrictions in certain countries or regions. Available options and rates are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.

  • Tracking updates typically appear within 24–48 hours after the package is scanned by the carrier.

  • You can also log in to your account to track; guest orders can be tracked via order number + email.

Address Changes

  • Address updates can be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After processing begins, changes may not be possible.

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or misdelivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your local customs office.

  • These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Delays & Peak Seasons

During peak seasons (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas) or due to weather events, customs inspections, or carrier capacity, deliveries may take longer than usual. We appreciate your understanding.

Split Shipments

To speed up delivery, items in your order may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking for each package when applicable.

Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages

  • Damaged on arrival: Email clear photos of the item and packaging to support@Giftiro.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Marked delivered but not received: Check with neighbors and your mailbox/porch. Carriers may pre-mark as delivered. If still missing after 48 hours, contact your local post office with the tracking number; then email us within 30 days.

  • In transit but not moving: Tracking may update every 24–48 hours. If stuck for 10–15 days (international may be longer), contact us and we’ll assist.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. We are not responsible for losses caused by address errors entered by the customer.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO

Delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses may be limited by certain carriers or product types. If we cannot deliver to your address, we’ll contact you for an alternative.
