At giftiro.com, we pride ourselves on high customer satisfaction.
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you may return new, unused items to Giftiro within 30 days of delivery. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Personalized products are made specifically for you and can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the shipping date (all personalized products are unique and a 20% restocking fee will be charged for these returns). If there is an error on our end, we will replace the item at no charge, or refund the item at no charge.
The following reasons fall under the comprehensive return/exchange policy:
If we sent the wrong order or item, you received a damaged item, the personalization information you provided to us is incorrect, or the product you received was defective, please notify us immediately at support@giftiro.com and you will receive a refund or replacement (we accept exchanges).
Return/Exchange of Defective/Damaged Items

If you want to return an item, please send an email to support@giftiro.com.

Attach clear pictures of the damaged item and a detailed description of the problem. (No need to return defective or damaged items.)

We will respond within 48 hours and you can choose a refund or request a replacement.

A return label is included in the package. Please send the item back within 10 days.

Extended return period available at certain times of year (e.g., Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas) — returns may be extended to 60 days.
Cancellation Policy

After submitting your order, it enters processing immediately.

Since each item is made to order, production starts right away. To cancel, notify us within 24 hours of purchase.

Orders can only be canceled before shipment.

We process cancellations on the day we receive your request.

To change order details (size, image, name, color, etc.), contact us within 24 hours at support@giftiro.com.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval, depending on your credit card or PayPal provider.
