Order Questions

When will I receive my order?
Kindly Note: Total Delivery Time = Producing Time + Shipping Time.
Giftiro orders have an average producing time of 1-3 business days. The time for your order to leave our warehouse and arrive depends on the product type and destination country. Shipping may take 7-12 business days. You will receive your order within 8-15 business days.

My tracking number does not work
You should see tracking events within 48-96 hours after receiving your tracking number. This delay is because tracking usually appears only after the shipment reaches the local facility. Some carriers take longer for updates (applies to some t-shirts, posters, canvas, mugs).

Why is my order tracking not moving?
During peak season, it is normal for packages to have fewer tracking updates. Causes can include weather incidents, customs clearance, or carrier backlogs. If your order is stuck for 10-15 days, please contact us so we can resolve it quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting customer service. After this, most orders enter fulfillment and cannot be modified.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $50 (standard shipping only)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Costs and delivery times vary by country. You'll see available options at checkout. Some products may have restrictions in certain countries.

How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link. You can also log in to your account to track. Guest checkout orders can be tracked using your order number and email.

What materials are your products made from?

  • T-shirts: 100% premium cotton (180-200gsm)

  • Hoodies: 80% cotton, 20% polyester (300gsm)

  • Posters: 250g matte paper with archival inks

  • Mugs: Premium ceramic, dishwasher safe

How should I care for my products?

  • Clothing: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang to dry, do not bleach, iron inside out.

  • Mugs: Dishwasher safe, but hand wash recommended.

  • Posters/Canvas: Frame under glass, avoid direct sunlight.

What is your return policy?
30-day returns for most products (some exclusions):

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Buyer pays return shipping unless defective.

  • Refunds within 5 business days of receipt.
    Custom printed items and digital downloads are final sale.
